—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Thomas Galligan, J.), rendered on February 26, 1988, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of burglary in the first degree and burglary in the second degree and sentencing defendant, as a predicate felon, to two concurrent indeterminate terms of imprisonment, respectively, of 8 to 16 and 4 to 8 years, unanimously affirmed.
