Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Sherman, J.), entered June 6, 2012 in Schuyler County, which granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

In January 2010, plaintiff, an orthopedic physician assistant, contacted defendant Schuyler Hospital, Inc. regarding a position in the orthopedic department.
