Miller, Judge.

Following a jury trial, James Lee Davis was found guilty on twenty-six counts of second-degree forgery and one count of racketeering. On appeal he raises 12 enumerations of error, all of which we find to be without merit. Accordingly, we affirm.

Viewed in the light most favorable to the verdict, the evidence reveals that Davis called a ticket agency and claimed that he could sell the agency five admission badges for the 2001 Augusta National Masters golf tournament at a price of $3,500 each. The ticket agency wired $5,000 to Davis’s bank account as a down payment on the tickets.…
