STATEMENT OF THE CASE
On April 24, 1989, the Debtor filed a Chapter 11 petition, which was converted to Chapter 7 on July 29, 1987, and a Chapter 7 Trustee duly appointed thereafter.
On August 17, 1989, the Debtor filed an adversary action against the defendants, John Tao and Jeffrey Schainen, seeking money damages for an alleged breach of a real estate sales contract.
