Plaintiff filed a bill to set aside an order of the probate court determining heirship, assigning residue, accounting, and to recover property which he claims belongs to him as sole heir of his father, Alanson Driver, deceased. From a decree for defendants, plaintiff appeals. Plaintiff was absent from Flint, where his father lived and died. He had not been heard from for more than 10 years, and was supposed to be dead.
