HIGGINS, Commissioner.

Michael Ray Jewell, indicted for murder, first degree, was convicted by a jury of murder, second degree. The jury also assessed his punishment at twenty-five years’ imprisonment, and judgment and sentence were rendered accordingly. §§ SS9.010, 559.020, 559.030, V.A.M.S.
