The question presented by this record is whether an administratrix c. t. a. can be sued as such for the negli gence of servants employed by her in her representative capacity.
On September 3, 1935, plaintiff was injured by a truck licensed in the name of the J. V. Forman Estate, which name appeared on the truck. Jacob Y. Forman before his death in 1909 conducted a hauling business.
