KENNETH R. CARR, Justice.
Appellants Kyung Park; his wife, Sun-ghee Park; and Piola Services, L.L.C. (Appellants will be referred to collectively as “Park”) filed the underlying lawsuit against the City of San Antonio (“the City”), alleging negligence, gross negligence, and inverse condemnation. The trial court granted partial summary judgment in favor of the City on Park’s negligence and gross negligence claims. Following a bench trial, the court also granted judgment in the City’s favor on Park’s inverse condemnation claim. Park now appeals the judgments on each of the causes of…
