I. INTRODUCTION
THIS CAUSE comes before the Court for final disposition after a bench trial that was held on May 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 22 regarding Plaintiffs’ claims for injunctive relief and damages against all Defendants based on Defendants’ alleged violations of Plaintiffs’ real property covenants running with the land at certain of Plaintiffs’ store locations.
