Kamila Paulo Wilbelm, late of Honolulu, died, intestate, in June, 1899, possessed of certain real and certain personal property within these islands. She left surviving her her husband, an only child, Libby Hlii Smithies, aged 23, and an adopted son, Frederick Albert Smith Wilhelm, then two years of age.
