OPINION The Debtor and Carla Franco1 have been fighting over ownership of certain mineral rights for five years. Debtor claims she owns the minerals even though she did not schedule them in her 2003 or 2013 bankruptcy cases. In December 2016 Carla removed to this court a state court action she had brought against Debtor and others, seeking to quiet title to the minerals.
