In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Board of Assessors of the County of Nassau, dated August 1, 1985, which, inter alia, denied the petitioners’ application for a school tax exemption provided by Real Property Tax Law § 485-b, the petitioners appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (McGinity, J.), dated June 18, 1987, as dismissed that branch of the petition which was for a tax refund for the 1985/1986 tax year.
