MEMORANDUM ON FINAL APPROVAL OF CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT

On December 27, 2013, the Court finally approved the class (and collective) action settlement (the “Settlement”) in this case. (Dkt. No. 202 (“Final Approval Order”).) The Settlement resolves the full range of Plaintiffs’ gender discrimination claims under federal law1 and the state laws of New York, Florida, Missouri, and New Jersey,2 alleging that female financial advisors (“brokers”) at Banc of America Investment Services, Inc. and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc.
