Debtor, Dianna Simmons, asks the court to reconsider the dismissal of count I and further to find that this court has jurisdiction over counts II and III of her adversary complaint against Ford Motor Credit Co. (“FMCC”), a company engaged in the business of financing the purchase of automobiles. Debtor’s three-count class action complaint asserts that FMCC has a practice of filing proofs of claim which improperly characterize the full amount of the outstanding loan balance as secured.
