Plaintiff Mary Ann Biddulph (“Biddulph”) challenges the determination of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“the Commissioner”) that she is ineligible for Retirement Insurance Benefits under Section 202 of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 402. This case turns on whether the income Biddulph earned from babysitting, taking in boarders, baking, and sewing from her residence in Australia qualifies as earnings from operation of a trade or business.
