Relator, Crown Roofing Services, Inc., seeks review from the denial of its motion for summary judgment.

FACTS:

On November 1, 2000, several employees of Crown Roofing, including Shawn Collier, were unloading rolls of asphalt roofing tar from a flat bed truck onto the ground for a roofing operation.
