— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Mclnerney, J.), rendered June 5, 1985, convicting him of grand larceny in the second degree, forgery in the second degree (two counts), grand larceny in the third degree, and criminal trespass in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by reversing the convictions of grand larceny in the second degree and criminal trespass in the second degree, vacating the sentences imposed thereon, severing those counts of the indictment, and ordering a new…
