Before and at the trial the defendant offered to pay $286.47 as a complete discharge of its liability under the policy. The jury returned a verdict for that amount upon which judgment was entered for the plaintiff. The plaintiff moved for a new trial and appeals to this court from the judgment and from the order of the district court denying the motion for a new trial.
