This is an appeal by heirs from an order allowing the final account of the administratrix, who is the widow of decedent. Gordon Dunlap died August 30, 1889, without issue. He left a large amount of personal property other than the notes in controversy.
The disputed question is as to whether 'certain notes, *12aggregating some $18,000, held by the widow, and claimed by her as a gift from her husband during his life-time, should be inventoried and treated as a part of the estate, and accounted for by her as administratrix.
