This is a breach of contract case. Appellants contracted with Appellees to pave their existing drag strip. Because the soil under the drag strip contained too much moisture, the paving project failed and other parts of the drag strip not included in the contract were damaged. The trial court awarded damages for the Appellant, but later reduced the damages by the amount over and above the original contract. Appellant appeals.
