This case presents the question whether a party alleging a violation of Const 1963, art 11, § 5, the provision of the Michigan Constitution related to the state civil service system, must make a particularized showing of irreparable harm to obtain a preliminary injunction against the alleged violation. We conclude that such a showing is required as one condition of obtaining a preliminary injunction.
