McGINLEY, Judge.
Willie Person (Person) appeals from a final determination of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (Board) recommitting him to serve eighteen months baektime.1
*1382Person was sentenced on August 15, 1972, to a term of five to fifteen years, effective May 16, 1971, for forcible rape, aggravated robbery and burglary. He escaped on February 17, 1974, and was apprehended on October 26,1982. On January 26,1983, Person was sentenced to an additional term of three months to one year and eleven months for the escape.
