Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed February 2, 2012, which ruled that claimant’s request for a hearing was untimely.
By initial determination dated February 26, 2009, the Department of Labor, among other things, disqualified claimant from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because he voluntarily left his employment without good cause. Nearly two years later, on February 2, 2011, claimant mailed his request for a hearing.
