Wyman W.C. Lai (“Trustee”) Trustee of Wilkinson Distributing Co., Inc. (“Debtor”), the above-named Debtor, filed a Motion to (1) Approve Sale of Personal Property Free and Clear of Liens and Encumbrances, (2) Partially Distribute Sales Proceeds to Secured Creditors, and (3) Allow Liquidation Fee to Trustee which was granted, in part, by an Order entered on April 4, 1989.
