S. B. Hudson, administrator with the will annexed of the estate of D. B. Hunter, deceased, appeals from an order of the district court of Oklahoma county, made in a trial de novo of issues appealed from the county court of Oklahoma county with respect to the appointment of a personal representative of the deceased.
