— In a medical malpractice action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant hospital appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Aronin, J.), dated July 21,1983, as denied its motion for summary judgment and ordered it to accept the verified bill of particulars, dated May 10, 1983, served upon it by plaintiff. 11 Order affirmed, insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements, upon condition that within 20 days after service upon him of a copy of the order to be made hereon, with notice of entry, plaintiff’s attorney…
