This appeal is prosecuted from a judgment of the lower court overruling certain exceptions, filed by appellants, to the final report of appellee, as executor, and ap*221proving the report. The court specially found the facts and stated its conclusions of law thereon. The only question involved in this appeal is the correctness of the court’s conclusions of law.
