This is an appeal from the "county court of Woodward county, wherein the plaintiff in error had brought an action against the defendants in error, seeking to recover judgment upon a promissory note executed by defendants to the. Independent Harvester Company and assigned by the latter to the plaintiff before maturity. The trial resulted in judgment in favor of the defendants. The assignments of error are varied and numerous.
