This appeal from the “decisions and doings” of the school committee of the city of Warwick was filed with the director of education for the state of Rhode Island by certain teachers of that city in accordance with general laws 1938, chapter 199, as amended. Statements of fact and briefs were presented by the respective parties and after consideration of the arguments and law the director denied and dismissed the appeal.
