Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Kahn, J.), entered February 11, 1992 in Albany County, which, inter alia, dismissed petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review a determination of respondent Commissioner of Education dismissing as untimely petitioners’ administrative appeal challenging the validity of a referendum approving a bond resolution of respondent Board of Education of the Roxbury Central School District.
