MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
O’TOOLE, District Judge.
The Commissioner of the Social Security Administration denied the application of the plaintiff, Mark Valiquette, for Disability Insurance Benefits and Supplemental Security Income payments. By this action, Valiquette seeks to reverse that denial or, in the alternative, to remand the matter for reconsideration. The parties have cross-moved for judgment. After consideration of the record and the parties’ submissions, I conclude that the plaintiffs motion for an order reversing the decision of the Commissioner should be GRANTED, and defendant’s motion…
