These proceedings involve two tracts of land in the petitioner taxing district, designated on its assessment tax map as Block ISA, Lot 1 and part of Block 12, Lot 1. These tracts were originally part of a single irregularly shaped tract, comprising approximately thirty-six acres, acquired by the respondent in 1903.
