This is an action to reverse a judgment of the district court of Okfuskee county sustaining a demurrer to the petition filed therein by the plaintiff in error, as plaintiff, and dismissing the action. The suit in the court below was one to recover on a judgment theretofore rendered in favor of the plaintiff, Melissa Jones, and her husband, Henry C. Jones, on October 11, 1911. This action was instituted in the trial court on August 1, 1913.
