FINDING OF FACTS
1. This is an in rem action by the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company (L&N) against the M/V Ciudad De Turbo1 for damages suffered by the *770fender system of L&N Bridge Number 200 on the Chickasawbogue in Mobile, Alabama.
