This is a contest between two inter-pleaded defendants over the unused portion of the single premium paid for an insurance policy, issued to Elizabeth' M. Harrison, by the terms of which the insurer in consideration of a. payment of $20,000.00 agreed to pay a stipulated annuity to her during life, and in the event that the aggregate of the annuities was less than the amount paid by her for the annuity contract, then to pay the difference, after ner death, to her designated beneficiary.
