IN SUPREME COURT KENTUCKY BAR ASSOCIATION RESPONDENT OPINION AND ORDER Pursuant to SCR1 3.480(2), Shameka Lynn O’Neil moves this Court to impose the sanction of a public reprimand for her admitted violations of SCR 3.130(3.4)(c) and SCR 3.130(3.5)(d), as well as for dismissal of Counts I and II of the pending Charge against her.
