The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation appeal the district court’s order1 approving the settlement of a class action suit pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 23(e), in which the Foundation was an unnamed class member. The Weinberg Foundation objects to the settlement between the plaintiff class, represented by Croyden Associates, and Alleco, Inc. and Service America Corporation, the defendants.
