SCHWARTZ, Judge.
The plaintiff-appellant seeks reversal of a judgment entered on a directed verdict in favor of the defendant-appellees in an action for fraud and misrepresentation in the sale of a car wash. We affirm.
In September of 1974, Richard Frieman and Alan Brill (buyers), on behalf of the appellant, commenced negotiations for this transaction with William Shapiro (seller), sole owner of Gulf stream Car Wash.
