OPINION

WHITHAM, Justice.

In this liability insurance coverage case, appellants, M.J.R. Corporation and Western Lloyds Insurance Company, appeal from a take-nothing summary judgment in favor of appellee, Scottsdale Insurance Company. In three related points of error, M.J.R. and Western Lloyds contend that the trial court erred (1) in denying their motion for summary judgment on the coverage issue, (2) in granting Scottsdale Insurance’s motion for summary judgment, and (3) in rendering judgment that M.J.R. and Western Lloyds take nothing.
