Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Spargo, J.), entered March 20, 2006 in Albany County, upon a verdict rendered in favor of plaintiffs.
While walking her dog on Alva Drive, a paved residential street in the Town of Colonie, Albany County, plaintiff Sharon Sherry (hereinafter plaintiff) stopped to speak with a neighbor.
