Beantown Sports, Inc. v. Verrochi

The defendant in this matter, Daniel Verrochi d/b/a Va Rocki Activewear (“Verrochi”), filed this appeal pursuant to Dist./Mun. Cts. R.A.D.A., Rule 8C.
