The defendant, Nicholas Aponte, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of felony murder in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54c,1 attempt to commit robbery in the first degree *431in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-492 and 53a-134 (a) (2),3 and conspiracy to commit robbery in the first *432degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-484 and 53a-134 (a) (2).
