*155RULING ON PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR ATTORNEYS’ FEES

Following a six-day trial, the jury returned a verdict in Plaintiff Andrew Barati’s favor on his claims under the Federal Rail Safety Act, 49 U.S.C. § 20109 (“FRSA”), and the Federal Employer Liability Act, 45 U.S.C. § 51 (“FELA”) against Defendant Metro-North Railroad Company (“Metro-North”). Judgment in the amount of $20,000 on Plaintiffs FELA claim, $41,778 on Plaintiffs FRSA claim, and $250,000 in punitive damages has been entered. {See Am. Judgment [Doc. # 152].)
