BACKGROUND.
Plaintiffs, Miltland Raleigh-Durham, Milt-land Sacramento and Miltland Chicago-Santa Fe, asserted claims against defendants Michael Myers and Myers Financial Group (the “Myers Defendants”), and asserted derivative claims against the Myers Defendants on behalf of defendants Myers Miltland Raleigh-Durham Limited Partnership, Myers Miltland Sacramento Limited Partnership and Chicago-Santa Fe Partnership (the “Limited Partnerships”).
