Mrs.r Alpliia M. Shevalier, plaintiff in error, hereinafter called the defendant, was convicted of the crime of perjury and sentenced to serve a term of five years in the *367penitentiary. Her counsel designates 93 assignments of error. Tlie information consists of 15 counts, and in respect to the points discussed by the state and the defendant they are all similar in form.
