MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

GUZMAN, District Judge.

Yolanda Wilhelm has sued defendants the City of Calumet City, Illinois (“the City”) and its Mayor, Michelle Qualkinbush, for their alleged violations of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and her First Amendment rights. 1 The case is before the Court on defendants’ Federal Rule of Civil Procedure (“Rule”) 56 motion for summary judgment, plaintiffs motion to strike defendants’ LR 56.1(a) Statement and defendants’ motion to strike portions of plaintiffs LR 56.1(b) Statement.
