As part of a negotiated plea, Victor Leary pled guilty to two counts of armed robbery, two counts of kidnapping, and two counts of possessing a firearm during the commission of a crime and was sentenced to fifteen years in jail. He moved to withdraw his plea, and the trial court denied the motion.
