Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Erie County (Sharon M. Lo Vallo, J.), entered July 2, 2007. The order, insofar as appealed from, denied petitioner’s request for a transfer of custody.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.

Memorandum: Petitioner father and respondent mother are the parents of four children who live with the mother in Omaha, Nebraska pursuant to a stipulation in connection with the parties’ divorce.
