Blaisdell v. Harris

It appears that after trial of a holdover proceeding held on December 6, 1948, this court made and entered a final order in favor of the landlord-lessee, the issuance of the warrant being stayed to and including the 1st day of November, 1949. This determination followed a stipulation on the part of the landlord-lessee to the effect that if the court were to find a final order in his favor a stay of nine months was to be granted the undertenant.
