I. BACKGROUND

Plaintiff Janette Surrell has filed a class action 1 complaint (filing 1) in which she challenges various policies, .practices, and procedures used by the Director of the Nebraska Disability Determination Services Bureau (“state defendant”) and the Commissioner of Social Security (“federal defendant”) in evaluating claims for Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income benefits.
